Managing bookkeeping and trust accounting can be challenging for property managers, especially when handling multiple bank accounts and credit cards. Clearing integrates with Hospitable to simplify these processes by automatically syncing your property, booking, and financial data.
Once connected, Clearing uses this information to automate reconciliation and bookkeeping workflows using customizable rules. You can also create virtual bank accounts to simplify trust accounting, helping reduce manual work and improve financial accuracy.

Once Hospitable is selected, click on Hospitable Connect. This will redirect you to your Hospitable account and will you be prompted to accept Clearing and Hospitable to connect. After accepting the connection, you will be redirected to Clearing. Clearing will automatically retrieve your listings and you can review them with the option to mark certain listings as inactive if you do not wish to track their financials in Clearing or if they are simply not active anymore.
Step 2: Confirm your assets from within Clearing
Once the integration has been connected, your properties will pull into Clearing from Hospitable automatically. You can always add more as your business grows.
Step 3: Configure your assets from within Clearing
Complete this step by first naming your assets (or leave them the same as how they are named in Hospitable which will appear automatically).
If you want to group properties, for any categorization needs, you can complete that now (this can also be done later).
In general, people tend to group their assets by buildings or cities, but the flexibility of Clearing’s platform allows you to group properties however you desire. If a new group is needed, you can create new groups from this step by clicking the plus sign beside the group column title. There is also no requirement to group your properties - it’s completely up to you!
Step 4: Congrats, that’s it, you’re connected! 🤘
Once you have loaded your properties, you have completed the integration setup! Let the automation begin!
Congratulations on taking the first step towards streamlining your financial operations and leveraging the Hospitable-Clearing integration!
