Managing both operational and financial workflows can be challenging for Short-Term Rental property managers. Clearing integrates with Hostex to connect property management operations with automated bookkeeping and trust accounting.

Once connected, Clearing uses your Hostex property and booking data to automate reconciliation and support accurate owner and management financial reporting, helping reduce manual work and streamline financial management.

Login to your Clearing account and go to “Settings” → “Integrations”.

In the PMS section, click “+ Connect” and select “Hostex” from the list of available PMS’. If already connected, click “Manage PMS Integration”.

You’ll now be redirected to a Hostex login screen. Here you can enter your Hostex credentials.

On the permissions screen, review the access Clearing requires (reservation data, calendars, etc.). When ready, click “Authorize” to complete the authentication.

Once the integration has been connected, your properties can pull into Clearing automatically (may be a slight delay). You can always add more as your business grows. As a reminder, you can manage this integration anytime from the "Integrations" section in Clearing.

When assets are available, complete this step by naming your assets (or leave them the same as how they are named in Hostex which will appear automatically). Decide if you'd like to group assets, and configure these groups accordingly (once the assets appear in Clearing's "Assets and Owners" section beyond this registration wizard).

That’s it! You’ve successfully integrated Clearing with Hostex.
