Clearing offers integrations with various platforms such as your Property Management Systems (PMS), QuickBooks, Stripe, Airbnb, VRBO, Turno, and Booking.com.

What integrations are required to use Clearing?
While not all integrations are mandatory, connecting your PMS is crucial for Clearing to synchronize and manage your property-related data effectively.
How can I push transactions to QuickBooks?
Choose the transactions and use the bulk sync option to push them to QuickBooks. Ensure each transaction is mapped to the appropriate QuickBooks class and QuickBooks chart of accounts for accurate accounting.
How can I push transactions to QuickBooks in bulk?
Utilize the "Bulk sync transaction to QuickBooks" option to select and sync multiple transactions from Clearing to QuickBooks. For detailed instructions, please watch the video dedicated to QuickBooks bulk actions.
How does the Stripe integration work?
Clearing integrates directly with Stripe, allowing it to receive notifications that break down bank deposits and categorize amounts based on booking data. This integration ensures that your financial records are accurately maintained and automatically updated.
Can I add multiple Stripe accounts?
Yes, you can connect multiple Stripe accounts to the same Clearing organization.
How does Turno integration work?
The Turno integration is useful for managing payments to cleaners. If you pay cleaners through Turno, Clearing can match transactions with Turno data, offering a streamlined way to reconcile expenses by property. This integration helps ensure accurate and efficient expense tracking.
Can I add multiple Airbnb accounts?
Yes, you can connect multiple Airbnb accounts to Clearing.
Why do I need to connect to Airbnb and my PMS?
Connecting to Airbnb and your PMS helps Clearing increase accuracy and facilitates smoother synchronization by using the Chrome extension to retrieve data directly from Airbnb. This integration ensures that your financial data is up-to-date and accurately reflects your bookings and transactions.
Do I need to integrate VRBO?
Integration with VRBO is optional. If you receive payments directly from VRBO, connecting can help reconcile payments using the Chrome extension.
How is the integration with VRBO used?
The VRBO integration, managed through the Chrome extension, aids in reconciling bank deposits accurately.
How is the integration with Booking.com used?
If you receive payouts directly from Booking.com (and not through Stripe), please follow these steps to integrate with Clearing:
Open Clearing then proceed to Settings -> Integrations -> Manage Booking.com integration.
Provide Your Clearing Email Address in Booking.com Settings:
Log in to the group Extranet.
Under the Finance tab, click "Payout statement."
Look for "Edit payout statement information" to enter 1 or up to 5 emails to receive the payout statement automatically.
Use the email address found in the Booking.com section of your integration popup in Clearing.
Adding the email as a recipient will automate the process of receiving and uploading the payout statements into Clearing.
Alternatively, you can manually upload the payout statement CSV into Clearing by following these steps:
Log in to the Group Extranet
Under the Finance tab, click "Payout info."
Download the statement as a CSV.

What if I switch PMS?
If you switch your Property Management System (PMS), Clearing provides a smooth transition process that allows you to transfer existing data to the new PMS. A dedicated video is available to guide you through this process, ensuring a seamless transition.
What can I do under manage PMS integration?
With the PMS integration, you can:
Map Channels: You can map channels from your PMS to more user-friendly names in Clearing. This mapping standardizes channel names for better clarity.
Refresh Listings: This action refreshes the listings information from your PMS, ensuring that the latest data, including new assets or changes to existing ones, is synchronized with Clearing.
Refresh Bookings: You can refresh bookings from the last 60 days to update booking information in Clearing, which is useful for identifying and resolving missing or updated bookings.
Troubleshoot Duplicates: If you encounter duplicated bookings, use the "Delete Duplicates" option to identify and address instances where the same booking appears multiple times.
Refresh Booking by ID: If there's a specific booking that you can't find in Clearing but know the booking ID from your PMS, you can use this option to refresh that specific booking.
These actions help you manage and maintain the synchronization between your PMS and Clearing, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data for your property management needs.
