Managing Short-Term Rentals today isn’t just about keeping up—it’s about getting ahead. Property managers are embracing AI-powered solutions to work smarter, reduce repetitive tasks, and scale without the chaos.

That’s where the integration between AdvanceCM and Clearing comes in.

AdvanceCM is a modern, AI-native property management system designed to automate everything from guest inquiries to bookings and maintenance. By pairing it with Clearing’s trust accounting and financial automation platform, property managers gain an end-to-end system built for visibility, automation, and scale.

This guide walks you through how to connect AdvanceCM with Clearing so you can eliminate manual data entry, automate reconciliations, and generate clean, accurate financial reports for owners and the management company each month.

How to Connect AdvanceCM with Clearing

Follow the steps below to connect your AdvanceCM property management system with Clearing’s STR trust accounting solution.

Step 1: Navigate to PMS Integration Settings in Clearing

Login to your Clearing account and go to “Settings” → “Integrations”.

Navigate to integrations in settings within Clearing.

In the PMS section, click “+ Connect” and select “AdvanceCM” from the list of available PMS’. If already connected, click “Manage PMS Integration”.

Click the connect button and select AdvanceCM

Step 2: Authenticate AdvanceCM

You’ll now be redirected to an AdvanceCM login screen. Here you can enter your AdvanceCM credentials.

Enter your AdvanceCM login credentials.

On the permissions screen, review the access Clearing requires (rentals, inquiries, etc.). When ready, click “Authorize” to complete the authentication.

Confirm access requirements and click continue.

Step 3: Confirm the integration and pull assets into Clearing

Once the integration has been connected, your properties can pull into Clearing automatically (may be a slight delay). You can always add more as your business grows. As a reminder, you can manage this integration anytime from the "Integrations" section in Clearing.

Step 4: Configure your assets from within Clearing

When assets are available, complete this step by naming your assets (or leave them the same as how they are named in AdvanceCM which will appear automatically). Decide if you'd like to group assets, and configure these groups accordingly (once the assets appear in Clearing's "Assets and Owners" section beyond this registration wizard).

Step 5: You’re All Set! 🚀

That’s it! You’ve successfully integrated Clearing with AdvanceCM.
